Many fall prevention programs for seniors are chair-based programs, but the real fall risk comes when the older adult gets out of their chair and starts moving. This unique program focuses on “Vertical Balance Training:” drills that are designed to decrease fall risk when the senior is performing functional activities like walking, stair-climbing, carrying, or weight shifting. This webinar  will change your perception of "fall-prevention" programs.
